Mucus is produced by your body when you eat anything. Its purpose is to lubricate and coat the stomach, intestines and colon and aid in the elimination of waste. Eating the wrong foods, such as white flour, sugar, foods with chemicals and preservatives slows or stops the movement of food through the entire digestive tract. When this stoppage occurs, the accumulation of mucus linings occurs. When the mucus linings accumulate other organs can no longer dump their own toxins into the colon; then the toxins are reabsorbed into the body. No one deliberately makes plans to get sick. 

Most people want to do what is right for their bodies. If they only knew what to do.  

KJV 2Co 7:1 “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in fear of God. Until your body is cleansed enough to heal itself, you will continue to have sickness, aches, and disease. Western medicine takes care of the symptoms without getting rid of the underlying chronic condition. Supressive treatment simply drives symptoms back into the body to reappear later. the day is coming in which the true physician will forsake the practice of suppressing symptoms in favor of the natural laws of reversing and building a healthier body. Food should be expelled from the body within eight to nine hours from the time it was eaten. When the food is not expelled appropriately, the mucus linings build up like an onion. The body which is designed to be a sewer system becomes a septic tank. The internal body is then swimming in it’s own sewage! When the elimination system backs up only the lungs, kidneys and skin are left to remove the toxins from the digestion of foods. these organs are to designed to carry the entire burden of elimination and can only remove  a portion of the toxins. this is why some people have extremely foul odors from their bodies.

You're a spiritual being living in an earthen vessel with the purpose to complete your ministry on earth for the glory of Jesus and thereby to glorify the Father. If you don’t have the energy to  accomplish your mission because of disease or aches and pains, you are not a good caretaker of Gods body.

Recognize any symptoms that will alert you that your colon is not clean. These include headaches, constipation, skin problems, depression, bad breath, fatigue, mental confusion, lymph congestion, poor circulation, joint pain, back pain, poor digestion, nausea, weight gain, and premature aging. 
If you have any of these common symptoms of toxicity,   
you need to cleanse your colon.

 Too often, we only take care of our colon when it gives us trouble. And in a lot of cases, those problems involve maladies that are life-threatening. The colon is the organ that helps dispose of waste. It is reasonably durable, but if it is overlooked, it can make you feel fatigued, cause constipation. Keeping your colon healthy is essential to your well-being.  Here are some ways to keep your colon healthy.
  • Be sure that what you eat is good for your colon. Most people do not have enough fiber in their diets, so their colon does not operate as well as it should. If you're in that category, the remedy is to eat more fruit, green and leafy vegetables, and lots of things like broccoli and high-fiber cereals. Most doctors recommend that you eat 5 or more servings of such high-fiber foods each day. In addition, you should ingest a moderate amount of meat, as well as pasteurized milk, and most processed foods should be eliminated from your diet.
  • Drink a lot of water each day, because a lack of it will ordinarily result in constipation, which causes blockage of waste removal. You can substitute fruit juices for the 8 to 10 glasses of water you should drink every day, because they tend to reduce cholesterol levels. You can make any concoction by using a blender. Many tasty drinks can be made from fruits and vegetables like apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and celery, and they are all beneficial for keeping your colon healthy.
